No kinks in chain and chain is clean. Chain should have about 2cm of play up and down for tension. For multi-piece motor mounts- make sure the engine is aligned on motor mount. The torque and vibration of the motor will have a tendency to pull it off center over time. Clutch should be clean and dry of any lubricants. but they have or won't give out any specs on engine,, briggs & Stratton goes by completely diff # system , so I am going to have to go by cyl bore and crank size 1.497" only 3 engines have that crank size but each have a diff cyl bore , didn't have time to measure the bore yet but the torque specs are 150 -175 inch lbs depending on cyl bore.
